Bought a used car from a used dealership. Minute I took it off the lot the engine stopped. Realized it was still under warranty cause it was only 130,000 miles. Jose check to see if my warranty was valid. And it was. So happy you don't know what I would've done without him. I couldn't have afford to pay $3000 for your new engine, the way that the other people wanted me too. He helped me solve a horrible situation that I was in. Very thankful to him.

made an appointment to have my A/C repaired. not with-in my window they required 3-days. so I only did the recalls But, when I got my car back. It was damaged, it received a scratch and a dent. Max was ok but unfair billing policy. I came in to have FOB reconnected. I was charged $219 for analysis…basically to see if FOB wasn’t connected. It’s as if I went in for a flat tire, and was charged $219 by KIA - for agreeing with what I said I needed. Reconnecting a FOB should be free. So no, I don’t plan on returning anytime soon. Deceptive practices. I may write a YELP review next.

Mr Hunter was a professional. The usual back and forth negotiation was not part of the deal. Straight forward as one can be with purchasing a vehicle and that was refreshing. I was leaning towards getting a Model Y and one of the factor that brought me to that junction was how the buying process with traditional car dealerships was so tiresome. Kudos to Mr Hunter.

Mr. Hunter in a word is a true professional. He stayed true to what we agreed on. There wasn't any of the usual back and forth negotiation trying to squeeze every bit out of a potential buyer. The transaction was seamless and it didn't take the whole day to sign off on the deal. Both buying a brand new 2027 Telluride SX Hybrid and trading my 2020 Honda Accord went smoothly. Well done Mr Hunter.
