Preston was cool and i was all in on the price etc. But the xxxxxxxx of a manager (CJ) only chose to show me the payments and refused to show me the APR which is wild. note: this is after he did a hard inquiry for credit already. The APR looked about to be 15%+ by estimation. He blew up the deal. xxxx you Cj Ansary. Youre the reason people hate dealerships.

Excellent place to get your Kia service in Las Vegas outstanding service from service advisor Max and the service manager Carlos. I have been taking my car here for a schedule maintenance and sny warranty repair working that I need. Staff is always great very professional and very accommodating. The lobby for customers waiting is clean they provide you with snacks, coffee and water.

Carlos is a hard worker. There was poor communication between the service department and sales. The vehicle we thought we were buying and completed sales paperwork had a dead hybrid battery, so we currently do not have a Telluride. Supposedly, one will be available on August 10.

My Experience with Findlay Kia – Extremely Disappointing
I purchased a brand-new 2023 Kia Carnival in the summer of 2022 for $48,645.93 (paid in cash).
Unfortunately, my experience has been one disappointment after another.
Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered that it did not include the communication system that was discussed during the sales process. When I raised the issue, I was simply told that verbal agreements don't count. In other words, I was left with no solution.
