It was fine and everything was to be as expected until I pulled off. Both right passenger side wheels was not tightened. I heard a loud noise and my steering wheel was shaking. I drove back. They were tightened. I asked for the other side to be checked. I came back late because I was uncomfortable about driving. I still am, not matter the recent inspection. It's a huge safety issue. This is not a complaint per se, just awareness for all mechanics.

I made an appointment for 11:00 only to be told I would have to wait a minimum of two hours. That's ridiculous. All I needed was new headlights.
Your service writer has excellent communication skills. I had a little hiccup with my extended warranty because I had purchased it through another dealership. Allison explained to me the reason for the problem. She deserves a raise.

Good sales man, very attentive. I would rate 5 stars, but I experienced issues with the service department and the service was needed for issues on the car I was buying. Issues aren't resolved.

Allison has been my Service Writer for 3 long, complicated (thanks to my warranty company) repair "journies", over the past 2 years. With her, I feel seen, heard, respected and taken care of. I'm not sure who Brandy Richardson is. My vehicle was handled by Carlos Quinones. I dropped my vehicle off for the second time for the same issue on June 10th and nothing was done to it until I asked to speak to a manager on June 15th. Just to find that there was leak in the shocks which the parts not available and my vehicle was not ready until the 25th. There was definitely a lack in communication and initiative in this matter. Carlos was an excellent technician from start to finish. He was about to solve the issue quickly and provide in-depth explanations. He was also about to diagnose an engine light issue when we picked up the vehicle and helped fix it as well.

The general experience was great! However I did realize that upon leaving the dealership there was a screw in my tire. I tried to speak someone about it but didn't receive a message back. It cost me a bit of money to purchase a new tire.

I’m honestly unsure why they provide a phone number because getting ahold of anyone is nearly impossible. I’ve called and sent text messages multiple times, yet no one has responded. The lack of communication is unacceptable.

My car broke down on my drive into Vegas from La and had it towed there on Monday morning. Because I was from out of town, Josepf assured me I would be a priority. They never looked at or worked on my car for an entire week forcing me to pay for a tow all the way back home.

I scheduled to do oil change and alignment only got an oil change done I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change my bumper was scratched so they buffed it out so I had to spent more time there now I have to go back Thursday for an alignment Carlos said he will push me to the front of the line

I had 2 services performed less than 5 months apart for wheel alignment and tire balance. He did not look at previous history so I paid for things I did not need. Then what I asked for in the summer service did not happen for a cabin filter change. He also did not check in with status which should happen if waiting.
Everyone was very friendly and explained any issues that needed to be addressed. A timeframe was given, which was reasonable. All work was completed ahead of schedule. I'm very thankful for their help and hard work.
