My new to us Kia had two recalls made an appointment for the work arrived early and was told it could be 4 hours I told them I drove over an hour to get there and I had to wait. I was very happy when they came in and said I was all done they had jumped on it and got it done so I didn't have to wait Would highly recommended using the service department very well run and professional

Allison was very nice too. Morning was quite busy. My 9am scheduled technician was helping another customer with an array of problems with his car. By 920am, my presence had not been acknowledged as of yet. To no fault of my scheduled technician, he was helping another customer. I flagged down Allison and she helped me get started. If I was running the show, I would have a welcoming person take you inside to wait for your technician that you are scheduled with instead of standing around in the service area . Especially if there is a delay.
I got the first available time slot and waited 3.5 hours for oil change, tire balance, and injector service. Too long wait time.
I went in nervous but was helped very well by Daniel! Very satisfied with the service

Jonathan Josh Preston made my experience at Finley. Kia, less stressful and amazing between my kia. E v six needing to be fixed and me. Seeing that the kia e v three came out all in all, it was just a great experience. I didn't feel overwhelmed or forced to buy a new car. Everything was broken down to me by preston, and josh kept it real, and jonathan was super easy going and easy to talk to in the service department.
He is a very polite and sociable man, and I feel like he is one of my friends.

When pulling in to my appointment I was cut off by another customer (they were told to pull in behind me). A worker saw this and said they'd have someone talk to me before her and that did not happen. When I was talked to they said I was assigned to someone else, and had to wait; that person was not in that day and I had to wait at least 10 minutes after my appointment time despite having been second in line (before I was cut off). EVERY TIME I've taken my car in for an oil change they never fill it with enough oil. Not only that, when I return my car so they can fix the issue I end up having to take it back because my 'low engine oil' light shows back up a few weeks later. This is absolutely ridiculous and in the end can ruin my car

The dealership was fine up until my appt on saturdat Noone was helpful. I have car still under warranty and I would have to leave car 5 days for diagnostic test before being able to get a rental. I can't I need transportation

What happened to the morning donuts? ?? non diabetics had an incentive to bring Cars there and get loaded up on sugar buzz ??. Car wash after maintenance is a really classy touch. Trust me I'm in marketing. If you have some guy who washers do ~10 min interior floor vacuum and quick wipe, it's minimal cost and time but customers will be super appreciating and major differentiation at a minimal cost.
